Preventing storm overflow operation

CENTAUR® is a self-contained, cyber secure, smart dynamic control system consisting of an actuated penstock controlled with a Sense-Think-Act philosophy, active in real-time to protect a target asset (Storm Overflow). The system acts autonomously on what it sees, managing equivalent storage upstream of the penstock to prevent the storm overflow from operating.
